Justified time delay submited /5 contractors/ either to TNT or RPMU was planned to finalise this week but not comlited due to AC absence and TNTs comment and sc
finalise again by next week. Two reminders were sent to TNT & ACs to get the justified delay for the rest of contractors if they have any.

We gave 1 termination letter, 1 termination on process, 6 second warning letters, 21 first warning letters for those sites delayed by more than three months.
