Muslims, adults, r/o village Inayatullah Dahri, P.O. Daulatpur, Taluka
Qazi Ahmed, Distt: Shaheed Benazirabad do hereby state jointly on
solemn affirmation as under:-

1. That our father Imam Bux s/o Pir Bux Dahri expired on 19-06-
1989, leaving behind us and our brother Ahmed Khan Dahri bearing
C.N.I.C No. 45401-1364685-1.

2. That land survey number 157 area 3a-39g acres situated in Deh
Allah Khahi, Taluka Qazi Ahmed, Distt: Shaheed Benazirabad is in the
name of our deceased father Imam Bux Dahri in revenue record of
rights and as surving legal heirs of our deceased father.

3. That being co-sharer in said land/plot we have NO OBJECTION if

our brother Ahmed Khan Dahri donate free of cost and forever an area
of 50x50=2500 sq: ft for construction of Govt: Primary School
building village Inayatullah Dahri.

4. That we jointly authorized our brother Ahmed Khan Dahri to

move application(s), swear affidavit, declaration, undertaking, deed of
donation, indemnity bond, get or file any document/paper from
revenue department, education department or any concerned
department in respect of donation of portion of said land/plot for
construction of school building and GENERALLY to do all other
lawful acts on our behalves and in our names.

AND we hereby agreed and have NO OBJECTION that all
acts, deeds and things lawfully done by our said Authorized
person Ahmed Khan Dahri in respect to donate an area
50x50=2500 sq; ft free of cost forever for construction of school
building, shall be construed as acts, deeds, and things done by
us and we undertake to ratify and confirm all that whatever our
said authorized person shall lawfully do or cause to be done for
us by virtue of the power hereby given.
