My name is Naquib Hashman bin JamalKhir, I was born in

Kuala Lumpur. I have four siblings and

I am the fourth child in the family .My brother and my elder sister graduated from University of
Lancaster, UK and was MARA scholars, major in Accounting and Finance.

My father Jamal Khir Bin Hashim, 72 years of age is a retiree from a private sector who draws
no pensions. My mother, Che Hasnah Bt Mohd Ismail is a housewife, aged 64 who does catering
business for film production houses.

I just graduated as a Certified Accounting Technician (CAT-ACCA) under ACCA. I have completed
the course in three years and I have passed all the 9 papers required. I will do my best to score
good grades every semester and graduate first class.

The reason I chose accounting as my major is because I’ve always wanted to be just like my
brother and my sister who had been successful in their field. My siblings are my idols and my
inspirations they are the one who motivate me in many ways to pursue my study in accounting
and finance. I firmly believe that this field is realistic because of the career growth and
demanded by the market forces to function worldwide. The course will also provides excellent
employment opportunities in a wide range of business-related and management roles, in areas
such as financial services, banking, taxation, insurance and the public sector

Currently I am pursuing my degree in Taylors University College and I am majoring in Bachelor

of Arts (Hons) Accounting and Finance in Collaboration with University of West England (UWE).
It is a three years course period. With no financial from anyone, I am advised to apply for study
loan from MARA to finance my tuition fee.

Thank you very much for your attention to all these matters and for your consideration of my
application. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,
