Paradise Divisional Committee Application

First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to apply for the Paradise
Divisional committee. As this year’s Lieutenant Governor, I have many goals to make
this division the best it can be but I would not be able to do this without your help. I hope
that this experience will help you gain more leadership skills, promote divisional unity,
and enhance your Circle K experience.

Description of Duties:
The positions on the divisional committee are, Social/Spirit, Secretary and
PR/Technology. Each position also requires the attendance at bi-weekly videoconference
meetings (exact day and time TBA).

Social/Spirit:
The social/spirit chair is responsible for encouraging divisional spirit and enthusiasm at
all district and divisional events. Duties include creating divisional cheers, spirit items,
and getting to know all the clubs within our Paradise division. The sprit/social chair
should promote relationships among the schools and the cheers should strengthen
divisional unity.

Secretary:
The position of secretary is in charge of taking minutes at each Divisional Council
Meeting and contacting schools about District and Divisional information and events.
PR/ Technology:
The position PR/Technology chair is in charge of maintaining and updating our
Divisional website, Facebook group and any other social media outlets, and responsible
in being up-to-date with divisional and club level events to be able to promote them
within our division and the rest of the district.
