    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Price Basis:
    This price proposal is made based on the architectural drawings / dimensions provided to us.
    Prices are valid for a variation of +/- 50 mm only
    2. Excise Duty, Sales Tax and Other Levies:
    The prices offered are inclusive of Excise Duty, Sales Tax and Other Levies as applicable on date.
    Any changes thereof at the time of supply will be to client’s account.
    3. Installation and Transportation charges:
    All the installation and Transportation charges are included in this pricing.
    4. Specification
    Profiles considered Both Sides Foiled light oak:
    The glass and profile specifications are mentioned in the quote separately.
    5. Payment Terms
    100% Advance with Purchase Order.
    Delivery of material will be in accordance with the site requirment with a lead time of 30 days from the date of
    site readiness.
    The Site Incharge should give us Installation programme for the concerned site well in advance for our
    manpower planning.
    7.Storage, Power and Scaffolding
    Necessary Storage,power and scaffolding are to be provided by you.
    8.Cleaning:
    All our profiles are covered with the protective tape.
    Cleaning of windows is not under our scope.
    9. Escalation:
    If site comleteness expected to cross more than six months - 5% on the total value will be charged
