Style n home is a home decorating company which is started by business students


of University of Gujrat they have found the opportunity that there is no company for the middle
or income families. Our aims is using less resources and providing the high quality.we want that
our company is the best company of home decoration.

The mission statement of our company is to provide people with affordable and high
quality services to make their homes beautiful so that people love their homes.

We are facing intense competition from our competitors. They have good will in the
market and great contribution in the market shares. This is a great threat for us. Some
competitors are Chenone, Pakistan interior, Dulex group of companies and many more.

Strength:

Our employees are loyal to the company. We have a strong relation with the suppliers
and vendors in the area and this will come useful at the time of procuring special product
requirements for its clients. As the owner is from the well populated area and is famous in his
nabourhood and this work as referrals to get new customers.

Weakness:

As we are new in market so we have some problems of finances. Also we have lack of
management and business experiences in our areas of operating.
Opportunities:

We are creating a good and strong relationship with our vendors and stakeholders as they
are playing a greater part in our advertisement. We have also focused on the mostly middle class
families as a threat to our competitors.

Threats:

We are new in market, there are many companies in the market that have a name in
market and they have a great market share in our area of operation. Small companies have
already exit from the area.

Objectives:

 Our aim is to provide the middle class with the affordable and cheapest services.
 We provide our services to our clients at their door steps.
 Our belief is that by cutting the middle costs and dealing directly with the company, you
will save time and money.

As our company is related to decoration so we have different packages for customers to


decorate their homes.

Place:

We have started our company in the very populated area, and gradually increasing our
outlets to provide our services within less time.

Promotion:

We use different ways of promotion that includes, T.V. Newspaper, magazines and radio
to promote our company.
Price:

We kept our profit as low as possible to provide better services to our clients in very less
prices.

Target Market:

We are targeting middle-class and low income families. As their income is low so we are
providing services according to their income.

Review and control:

We review our performance by our revenue, expenses, customer feedback.
