STEP 1
If you are having difculty with your computer, logout then login again.

STEP 2
If there is no improvement, press Command (Apple Key) + Option + Esc or from the Apple Menu pull down menu highlight "Force Quit".

If the computer does not respond, push the Apple Key, Control, and Power buttons simultaneously. The computer should restart automatically.

If that does not work, press and hold down the Power Button for ve seconds. You will then have to release and push the power button again to restart the MacBook.

If all of these steps have not worked, complete the KMS LAPTOP REPAIR form. Then bring the form and your laptop to Wahi Lolouila for repair. Wahi Lolouila is located at the Keliimaikai Learning Center.

When your laptop is ready for pickup, you will be notied via email and lunch announcement. Be sure to quickly return your loaner laptop and pickup your laptop from Wahi Lolouila!
