Conforms to Perfume Adverts.

This advert conforms to conventional female perfume adverts because: It uses feminine colours like pink & red. The model is directly addressing us. It uses a celebrity therefore the role model has status for target audience to look up to. Typography The font of fantasy is really girly and co-ordinated with what the perfume is trying to convey to the target audience. The use of flowers work well with the feminine edge of the perfume.

This advert subverts from conventional perfume adverts because: It uses dull colours like cream and black rather than pinks and reds which shows a masculine side to the perfume. The position of the model is laid back and non glamorous contrasting to conventional perfume adverts poses being all feminine and hyped up. The black clothing of the model is unconventional because it makes her look powerful yet desirable.
