    Cusick I have read and reviewed all the mandatory events for the entire school
    President year. I understand that membership in the BTHS chapter requires my child
    to fulfill all obligations to the best of his/her ability.

    Katie I am fully aware of the number of days a member can be absent from
    Freeman general meetings and committee meetings and understand the reason why
    Vice President an absence note is required when a meeting is missed.

    I understand the need for fundraising and will allow my child to participate
