NARRATIVE REPORT
January 2012 I surveyed my beneficiaries on January 2012. I told them that I will be passing my masterlist for 2012, but over aged may be removed and may be changed. Those who have their younger siblings will be in replace with. Organized PYAP and conducted orientation. Conducted meeting with the PYAP. Attended monthly meeting Assisted the barangay operation (a survey on livelihood program conducted by the LGU).

February 2012 We are saturating every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We just have to get their attendance, parents name and parents occupation. We attended monthly meeting. On February 16, 2012, my beneficiaries had their seminar with their parents at D.N.M for one day. I have new beneficiaries with out of school youth. Ill educate them how to write their name and many more.

March 2012 On March 14, 2012, we attended an emergency meeting in preparation for our activities on March 18, 19, 2012. On March 18, 2012, we had our motorcade for the World Social Work Day. The said event in close coordination and partnership with the different sectors such as the academe, health, LGUs/, other GOs/NGOs and other stakeholders. On March 19, 2012, we held our activities at Peoples Palace. The said activities were singing and dancing for the street educators.
