Date: 17th/11 /2011 Project Name: Location: Reference: Turbine foundation top surface milling work. Where are marked clear on drawing. Size of foundation: 16500 x 3400 x 30t x 4 foundations. A. Repair Procedure shall be applied: 1. The foundation Top plate surface to be checking flatness before, during and after machine by laser equipments D 525B/D22. 2. 3000 x 3000 X-Y milling machine to be setting up for each foundation top plate. 3. The speed of headed adjusting according to achieve Ra required in drawing. 4. Flatness after machine must be lower than: Flatness +/- 0.3mm/M required. B. Man power & equipments to be provided for carried out the job: 1. One satisfied laser engineer. Please see his certificate next pages. 2. One satisfied engineers in-situ machine. 3. 02 satisfied technicians in-situ machine. 4. Also customer should assistance one team ( 3 workers) & crane for assembling and dismantling the machine on site. 5. Machine: 3000 x 3000 X-Y milling machining, operation by hydraulic power pack. 6. Working time : 8-9 days/foundation. C. The project have been done by Goltens 3000 x 3000 X-Y milling machine: 1. Goltens Singapore workshop engine foundation machining. 2. Sai Gon ship yard (SSY) big 350 ton Aframe deck bracket and Leg landing surface to be flatness checking and milling work.
