    Subject: Specialist for installation of torsion bar and tools


    Dear Sirs, 1. Tools and instructions of bolt M76 erection: Presently, we have a type of "Hydrocam" SKF HTA 90; SKF HTA 200 (please find attached specifications). As your instructions, process of bolt tightening includes 03 steps. However, you have not specified corresponding tightening force for each step. Please specify. 2. Tools for extracting Hollow pin: We do not have Hollow jack 120tons as requested. Could you please give another method to extract hollow pins? We suggest some measures for your consideration: - using Hydrocam instead of Hollow jack and use a normal jack 100tons. - cooling the hollow pin by nitrogen before remove. 3. Schedule for replacing torsion bars and Specialist: - Now, both of mill torsion bars are serious and need to replace immediately. We are urgently implementing procedures to receive new Torsion bars. We expected to replace torsion bar on April 2 2012 (we will announce a specific time early next week). - We kindly request you to dispatch a specialist to site for installation instructions. Regarding costs of Specialist, we agree to pay according to the technical service support of equipment supply contract as proposed by you in a letter dated 20/01/2012.
