1. Check the 3 phase voltage supply of the owner if the required voltage is passed to the tolerance required. 2. TOOLS needed Screw driver Pliers Short circuit wires Mini clippers to be used in trouble shooting Scale 3. Instrument needed Digital voltmeter and ammeter Megger 4. Inspection of machine room for safety: Take-out all unnecessary object to avoid accident Check the circuit breaker of 3 phase supply if normally closed and functioning well Check the condition of autotransformer Check the hoist way if there is scaffolding and free to travel in the rail 5. Check the SSB on car is in normal if not you cannot operate at the machine room 6. Check the AUTO-inspection switch in car is inspection mode you cannot operate at the machine room . 7. Preparation for start-up 7.1 Ensure that the control panel is properly installed and wired and its component (PCB, relays, fuses, etc.) are in good condition. 7.2 Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication of equipment in shaft(duty of subcontractor). 7.3 Ensure that the buffer is properly installed 8. Insulation test check the terminal block in control panel if grounded. 9. Insulation test check all the plug wire if all connection are grounded. RDC, RDB, RDA, RPD, RCC, RPY, RCA, RDE plug
