Network Operations Cisco VPN Support

Introduction:
The following documentation covers the support level the Network Operations Center will be provided to support Broadridge associates calling in off hours. Bypass so an associate can be given an exception if they have lost their hard token or soft token Clear Secure ID PIN An associate forgets their personal PIN identification and the NOC can reset or Clear the Secure ID PIN Unlock a VPN Account

Bypass how to enable Emergency Access for Lost or missing tokens

Note: In order to place a users token into emergency Access token code mode, the users token needs to have the PIN set. 1. Locate the user whose token needs to put into emergency token code mode and click on the down arrow and select SecurID tokens.

2. Next click the dropdown next to the lost token and select Manage Emergency Access tokencodes

3. On the resulting screen select the checkbox next to enable Authentication with an online emergency access token code, select Temporary Fixed Token code and click onGenerate New Code. The string next to the Generate New Code button is the new token code. Next select a date 7 calendar days forward and select the radio button Allow authentication with token at any time and disable online emergency token code and hit save.

The Emergency Access token code will be valid till the date selected and will get disabled if the user logs in with their original token.

Clear Secure ID PIN Reset users PIN


1. Log into the RSA console and choose Manage Existing:

2. Identity Source should be the domain the associate logs into. Specify associates last name and hit search:

3. Click on the drop down number next to associate ID

4. Choose Secure ID tokens

5. Click the drop down

6. Choose Clear Secure ID PIN, this enables an associate to reset their forgotten 4 to 8 digit PIN to something new. Cant use a past one or a PIN beginning with ZERO

Unlock a VPN Account


1. Log into your RSA account look up the user by going to Identity Users Manage Existing

2. Find the user, check the box next to their name Make sure Unlock account is checked and hit GO. This will unlock the users VPN account
