Enrollment Guide
CyberArks's self-enrollment process makes it easy to register your phone or tablet and activate the
CyberArk Identity application so you can easily perform MFA.

Enrolling Your Phone or Tablet

CyberArk Identity prompts you to enroll the first time you log into the CyberArk Identity Portal using an
easy wizard based approach.

Step 1: Navigate to the Home Credit CyberArk Identity Portal on your computer
Navigate to https://access.homecredit.net from your preferred browser.

You are greeted with the CyberArk Identity Portal Login screen

Step 2: Authenticating

Simply type your Active Directory Username at the User Name prompt and select Next

Next Enter your Active Directory Password and select Next

Step 3: Welcome Screen

Upon login you are greeted with the welcome screen. Select Get Started.

User is presented with MFA options (only one is required). OTP or Enroll Device - Select Mobile Device

In case you want to use OTP authenticator, continue here

Step 4: Mobile Device

From this screen you have the option to enter a mobile phone number, email to have a link to the
CyberArk Identity application sent to you (open on your mobile device), or scan QR code. CyberArk
Identity” app is offered then for download and installation. Alternatively, just head to the App Store or
Play Store on your iOS or Android device and search for “CyberArk Identity” to download.

Step 5: CyberArk Identity mobile app – download and install

Once installed open the CyberArk Identity app and select Enroll with QR

If prompted allow the CyberArk Identity app to Enroll with QR Code

Next simply scan the QR code on the welcome screen with your mobile phone

Click Continue to enroll your device , Next on Sign In page where username is already filled

Enter the password and click Next

Allow enrolling of your device

Allow notification from CyberArk Identity – needed for pushed notification

Update Location Setting – click Later … Monitoring of location is generally set to Disabled

The welcome screen will confirm that you are successfully enrolled for CyberArk Identity MFA . Click Done

You are successfully logged in CyberArk Identity User Portal now

Step 6: OTP authenticator

To proceed with this authentication option, please do simply follow on-screen instructions after logging
to CyberArk Identity portal.

In case that you are onboarded to CyberArk Identity already with enrolled mobile device as the primary
multifactor option, you can set OTP Authenticator later after logging in to the User Portal under menu
Account → Authentication Factors.
