LSPU-CWTS huddles up for 36 MILO Marathon th Sampaloc Lake, San Pablo City The 36 Milo Marathon Laguna Elimination

n organized by the RUNRIO INC. with the theme Ano`ng Hinahabol mo?, took place as they huddled up here, Sept. 2. Laguna State Polytechnic UniversitySan Pablo City CampusCivic Welfare Training Services (LSPU-SPCCCWTS) students waved the university flag for the said event. Participants of the event undertook fulfillments of the requirements comprised with a nonrefundable entry fee plus one MILO 220g empty pack alongside the accomplished and singed official registration form. Entry Fees for provincial Races were as follows : 21K Half Marathon Qualifying race and 10K run 500Php; 5K Fun Run (Adults) 100Php; 3K kiddie run and 5K fun Run (Students) 50Php. Certificates given served as the marker of the completion of the said event as they conclude their Run for a Cause mission. 10Php from the registration fee will be donated to the Help give a child a pair of Shoes advocacy and winners from the different provinces will run and compete for the National bracket of the said marathon.*** BSBA studes celebrate BA day College of Arts and SciencesBachelor of Science in Business Administration (CAS-BSBA) filled up the Aquino Sports Gymnasium to jumpstart their annual BSBA day `12 with the theme Stand up! Youth for Future Entrepreneurs, Sept. 28. The program started with a parade of the different teams, namely: Blue, Green, Pink, Purple, Red and Yellow . Ms. Maybelle P. Brinosa led the opening prayer with Ms. Kea Alimon singing of the National Anthem. Prof. Lorna C. Daniel (Dean, College of Arts and Sciences) delivered the opening remarks succeeded by an inspirational message uttered by Dr. Eva F. Puyo (Head Dean) and Dr. Ruperto C. Espinueva (Campus Director). The Rationale was led by Ms. Genie M. Bulahan, BSBA club President, followed by an intermission number by their respective advisers. The morning phase was highlighted by the dance contest participated by each teams` flag bearer. The afternoon phase started with the Tagisan ng Talino ng BSBA Henyo followed by the Parlor games : What else do you get; Longest Challenge; Make it soft within 10 mins.; Boom Baloon and Card to your lips. The afternoon chapter was tinted by the Search for Mr. Pogi 2012. An interlude number from the Cascade Band created greater appeal for this event`s success. The Closing remarks was spearheaded by the BSBA club`s Vice-president Mr. John Aleric M. Belleza. Mr. Calvin Maranao and Ms. Sharalyn Lagurin served as the masters of the ceremony.***
