Induction Set 1. Teacher divides the pupil into 3 groups. 2. Teacher briefly explains how to play the game Boom! Boom 3. Teacher starts the game 1. Goat 2. Cow 3. Duck Enjoyment Name of the group 1. The implementation of induction set was a failure because the pupils do not know how to play the game as they might not use to that game. 2. The pupils only knew how to play the game when I explained it two times and for that I have wasted 5 minutes. 3. The aim of the game was to make the pupils stay focus. Unfortunately, they do not know how to play that game well. 2. I waste my time explain how to play that game but finally, they managed to play the game but in a slow motion. 3. Although the implementation of this game was not as good as I expect, I think the pupils really give their best as they try to play the game. 1. Instead of using game for induction set, I should ask the pupils to guess the animals sound.

I asked the pupils to listen to me. As I was not fully prepared to teach on that day, I did not memorize the lyric of the song well but I am glad the pupils still can follow my lesson. 2. The pupils can sing the song well with the guidance of the teacher. 1. An effective teacher will always be prepared before entering a class. Thus, I should make myself prepared so the process of teaching and learning run smoothly. 2. Drilling is important in order to make sure the pupil really get the lyric and rhythm of the song. In my opinion, although the song looks like short and memorable with the repetitive words but 60 minutes would not be enough for the pupil to really memorize the lyrics. Along the lesson, the pupils have to refer to the lyric when they sing the song Practise 8. Teacher demonstrates how to do the mask. 9. Teacher shows example of readyMastery Learning Mask 1. I prepared 38 masks for the pupils. As I already divided them into group so, 1. The masks have a difficult shape to be cut by Year Two pupils. So, I already

made masks. 10. Teacher distributes hands-outs (picture of animals masks) 11. Pupils colour and decorate the masks. 12. Pupils cut the masks. 13. Pupils tie ribbon on both side of the mask. I gave the mask according to their groups name. The ducks group will receive duck mask, the goats group will receive goat mask and so forth. 2. I showed them the readymade mask as an example before I asked the pupils to colour and decorate their mask. cut the mask according to the shape. I will make sure that in the future I will find a mask with a simple shape and easy for the pupils to cut it. 2. At the first time, I am afraid to show the pupils the ready-made puppet because I thought the pupils will imitate whatever decoration that I made to my mask into theirs but I am totally wrong. The pupils even decorate the masks better than me and creatively. Production 14. Pupils stand behind their desk 15. Pupils wear their mask 16. Pupils sing the song together with the teacher 17. Boys sing the song 18. Girls sing the song 19. Pupils sing the song according to the group. 2. Then, I asked them to stand up and sing the song Creative works Assessment Performance 1. I asked the pupils to wear their mask. 1. I can see the pupils were enjoyed colouring and decorating their mask. They were very eager to wear it. That is why I ask them to wear the mask while singing the song. 2. Along the lesson, I can see the importance of drilling

together with me. and I should consider the pupils proficiency level while creating the song for them. 3. Again, I drilled them to sing the song. First, I only asked the boys to sing the song then girls. Next, I asked each group to sing the song. After the presentation stage, I realized that the pupils could not remember the whole song, so I asked each group to memorize their part. 4. Then, I asked each group to sing the song. They managed to sing the song well. In my opinion, the objective of the lesson is achieved as the pupils sang the song with enjoyment although some of them still referring the lyric while singing. 4. I feel very happy when I can see and hear the pupils sing the song well and they really enjoy singing the song especially with the mask on their face. 3. Drilling in groups make the pupils feel more confident compared to drill them individually or by pair. Not only that, drilling the pupils in a group will make myself manage the class well and lessen the disruptive behaviour in the class.

5. Lastly, I asked a volunteer to sing in front of the class. Luckily, there was a boy named Afiq would like to sing the song. He sang very well so I gave him a bookmark and he felt very happy. Next, I asked any girls to come in front of the class. As the other classmate feel motivated when Afiq was given a bookmark I got so many volunteers. Then, I asked all the volunteers to sing in front of the class. I gave all them bookmark too. 6. When I was about to end my lesson, the other pupils told me that they would like to sing in front of the class because they want the bookmark too. Lastly, all of them had the bookmark. 6. Pupils at this age really love token and reinforcement. Using reinforcement in term of extrinsic motivation in the class is one way to boost the pupils confident and make them feel motivated to learn.

5. A good teacher should manage to motivate the pupils to compete with each other.

As I already wasted 5 minutes during the set induction, I do not manage to implement my closure on that day. 1. Time management is very important to make the lesson run smoothly.
