Event Runner
Right hand person of the Event Manager and Event Assistant. Completing ad hoc duties that come up during the event.

Based in the Registration tent. Provide all staff and security with job print outs and maps. If staff are required radios check the radio and accessories out and ensure they are briefed to check them back in on completion of their day
To assist the Volunteer Manager. Ensure all volunteers have water/ food and breaks at regular intervals. Report any volunteers missing or not at post to volunteer manager.

Infrastructure Manager
Reporting to the Event Manager you would be directly responsible for placement and erection of all hired
infrastructure. You will head up a team of assistants and will be directed with maps. Infrastructure Assistants Tables / chairs Directing placement of event layout to suppliers Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager. You will be responsible for the layout or pack down of the event. Ensuring each supplier has delivered what has been ordered and received back what they delivered. Artists Helper Supervisor Reporting to the Curator your position will be ensuring that each artists has as much help during bump in that they require. Ensure you know the whereabouts of the other helpers and make a list of which artists need help in turn. Artist helpers Reporting to the Artists Helper supervisor and curator. Be of assistance to all artists as they arrive on site and assist if they need help with carrying or placing artworks. Show call Manager The Show Call manager will report to the Event Manager & Curator. The job of the Show Call manager is to ensure that performances and artworks are in place at the correct time throughout the event. This is a critical job for the flow of the event. The show call manager will be based in the greenroom and will be required to ensure there are at least 3 4 performance groups ready to go at one time. They will liaise with the street helpers if any props need to be transferred from greenroom to performance space.

Reports to the Show call Manager. Assists in organizing artists and performers to be ready at the correct times and directed to the correct place. This is a critical role with lots of energy needed!

Information Point
Information points will be located at each entrance to the festival. We require outgoing individuals to act as the BEAMS brand ambassadors and welcome guests to the festival. In addition to this you will need to make yourself familiar with the event site for directions. You will be supplied with a FAQ sheet and maps.

General Helper
General Helpers will be allocated to a particular street and will be the key contact for the event manager on that street. Responsibilities will include liaising with the Show call Manager, working with the infrastructure team, ensuring any performers/ artists / caterers and public are directed to the correct person if they have any questions. You will be briefed on Radio protocol for the event.

Duties will include helping set up and working with Workshop artists to guide participants that have joined in the workshop.
