STATEMENT It is hereby certified that, the above conditions for DISCIPLINE COMPLETION NOTICE (DCN) have been erected / assembled in full accordance with and to design and Vendor / Supplier drawings; such that the Construction Completion by Discipline requirements set by the COMPANY have been fulfilled for this System, allowing Pre-Mechanical Completion activities to commence. - Exception(s), None. If yes, attach Exception List and provide mitigation measures for approval by QG Mechanical Completion Lead The Issuance of this DISCIPLINE COMPLETION NOTICE (DCN) shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR from any of its obligations under the CONTRACT, or operate as a waiver by the COMPANY of any of its rights there under, except in each case as may be expressly provided in the CONTRACT.
