Oral presentation and work on team project

All team members were present and did a fantastic job with the oral presentation. The team discuss on the task on hand and search for data that will be use for task 6.

All team members continue to work on team project while on study leave. The team meed to discuss on task five and task six task one to 5 need to put in a word document ready for pasting on the website. Cameron was absent but the rest of the team work on the team project

Meiaco to work on the final copy of task 5. Isata to create the wed page and finalise the promotional campaign in word document. Lin will finalise the summery of revenue cost items. All tasks need to be finalised before week 11.

Briefing on team project submission.

All team members were present in class to discuss and finalise our team project. Cameron to finalised task one and six. Meiaco to finalised task 5 and Isata will be responsible for pasting all documents on the website.

Task need to be finalised and ready for submission before the end of week 11.

Roles and responsibility

Meiaco Role- Project Manager Meiaco was appointed by all team members as the team leader to manage and lead the team throughout the project. Responsibility- He was responsible for organising meetings and monitoring the project activities. Which includes, following up on all team members and making sure that they complete task on time. To communicate and receive feedback from team members and facilitate weekly communication team meetings, as needed. He also Write, copy, edit, proofread and deliver tasks as required. He completing half of task one and all of task 5 and submitting the final team project. He also provide vainly input into all tasks. Isata Roles- Project Team Member Responsibility- Isata was responsible for completing part of task one, all of task 4, maintenance of team meeting log and creating and pasting all documents on the team project website. Isata was responsible for completing all task assigned to her during the entire phase of the project. This include completing require task and providing regularly input into all task. She also actively participated in team project meetings and regularly communicates issues to the project manager and fellow team members. Cam Role- Project Team Member Responsibility- Cam was responsible for completing task one and task six. He also works closely with all team members to ensure the project was completed. Cam was responsible for completing task to him during the entire phase of the project. This includes completing the required tasks and providing regular input into all tasks. He actively participated in team project meetings and regularly communicates issues to the project manager and his fellow team members. Lin Role- Project Team Member Responsibility- Lin was responsible for completing task three and the mind map. She also work closely with other team members to ensure the project was completed successfully.

Responsible for completing task assigned to her during the entire phase of the project. This include completing require task and providing input into all tasks. She also actively participated in team project meetings and regularly communicates issues to the project manager and her fellow team members.

Task allocation: generally task was allocated by agreement among all team members, which was based on the strength of all team members. Although task was allocates to completed individually, all task was discuss by all team members and all team members contributed to all task before allocating it to the person that is gong to finalise the task. All team members consistently input in to all task and regularly monitoring the progress of the project through.
