Activity locations: House, street, neighbourhood Hazard and people at Risk Level (before risk Action) Sharp Glass

High. If we werent Main Actor, Camera careful enough then the man and public glass could have made a big cut and could resulted into a very bad injury. If we left some glass on the bench then the public could have hurt themselves.

Assessed by : Toby Bubb Risk Level (After Action) Action Taken

Median. We were very careful and serious when we were handling the glass to and from the house and bench so that we did not injure ourselves. Since we needed the glass to be broken into pieces to give a good affect we made sure we were incredibly careful by wrapping the bottle into two plastic bags before attempting to break it. We made sure that every piece was collected back up after we had shot the scene so that the general public did not get hurt. We made sure that the actor looked left and right before attempting to cross the road to ensure there were was no cars coming. This also so helped our film opening since it shows that the character is aware of his surroundings We made sure I walked at a steady pace but still kept with the actor. If I couldnt keep up we adjusted it so that it was looking at the back of the actor instead of in line with him.

Crossing the road Main Actor

High. If the actor did not look to see if there was any cars coming then attempted to cross the road then he may have gotten run over and would be in a very serious condition.

Low. Since we looked to see if there were any cars coming there was no chance that the actor could have got hurt.

Walking backwards while filming Camera man

Tripping over Big sticks and logs Main Actor

Fishing wire Public

Median. When I was filming and walking backwards or at a different angle then there is a chance that I could have tripped over my own feet, hurt myself and damaged the camera in the process. Median. When we were filming down the mudding alley way there was a chance that he could of tripped over a big stick or a log that was in the way. Low. Someone could walk straight into the wire or trip over it.

Low. There wasnt really a lot we could have done except make sure I didnt trip over my own feet while filming.

Low. Since we moved most of them out the way that was a significant decrease in the chance of falling or tripping over something. Low. As nobody was there the risk was very minimal.

We went and moved most of the sticks and logs out of the way before we filmed the shot so that there was less chance of falling over. We would have warned anyone who was in the park that there was difficult to see fishing wire between two areas of the park.
