1. Charlestons!Mac!n!Cheese!Cook;off!will!take!place!under!the!pavilion!at!
the!Capitol!Market,!800!Smith!St.,!Charleston,!WV.!This!is!a!rain;or;shine!
event.!!
2. Macaroni!and!cheese!is!to!be!prepared!offsite!and!served!at!the!event!in!
appropriate!warming!trays.!
3. Teams!are!responsible!for!providing!tables,!chairs!and!warming!trays.!A!
limited!quantity!of!tables!and!warming!trays!are!availablecontact!us!to!
reserve!one.!
4. Use!of!electricity!is!restricted!to!one!small!appliance!such!as!a!radio,!
blender!or!food!processor.!
5. Set;up!starts!at!9:30!a.m.!and!must!be!completed!by!10:30!a.m.!on!the!day!
of!the!cook;off.!No!admittance!after!10:30!a.m.!
6. A!mandatory!team!leader!meeting!will!be!held!at!10:30!a.m.!on!the!day!of!
the!cook;off!at!the!Capitol!Market!pavilion.!All!teams!MUST!have!at!least!

7. All!Corporate!Team!contestants!hereby!agree!to!indemnify!and!hold!
