Project Close-Out Report Overview

Once a project is implemented, a close out report will evaluate its performance against the original plan. PROJECT CLOSE OUT REPORT

Once the project has been implemented a close out report will be conducted on the projects
performance. It will indicate how the project performed against how it was planned to perform,
showing all deviations from the plan, how they were handled to avoid crisis, or how opportunities
were taken advantage of. All lessons learnt will be recorded for future use and evaluation. The close
out report will determine if the project has satisfied the contract conditions and summaries the
above, in conjunction with other documentation for future needs. The proposed table of contents
for the final close out report is shown below but is subject to change as the project is implemented.
