INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
Eachstudentvocational school graduatesare required
tohaveanexpertiseandready toworkforvocational graduatesare
usuallynotrecognized by theworldof
business/indutri.OlehbecauseitheldaprogramDual SystemEducation(PSG) is
tocarry outindustrialwork practices(PRAKERIN) so
thateverystudentgraduatesSMK haveanexperienceinthe business
worldbeforeentering the world oftheneed toagesignificantlyafter school.
Hopepriorityofthisprakerinis for students toknowhow thingswork
worldandprakerinmust be carried outbythe studentsinvocational.
Prakerinalsoarequirementunrukthe National Examination.
In accordancewiththe results ofthe observationandstudyof the Directorateof
Educationand VocationalorganizingpatternsinSMKnot explicitlycanproduce
graduatesas expected. This can be seenfromthe learningconditionsare not
conducivetoproduceprofessional labor, becausethe expertise of
aprofessionalperson is
notsolelymeasuredbyruleruinsurknowledgeandtechniquesworkbutmustbe
equippedwith arulertips(arts) worksgood. There aretwoparties, namely
educational institutionsandemployment(industry /companyorcertainintansi)
arejointlyorganizinga program ofvocationalskills. Thus thetwopartiesshould
be involvedandresponsiblefrom the planning phaseof the program,the
implementationphase, until theassessmentanddetermination ofstudents'
graduation.
1.2.Tujuan
Implementationpendididkanwithindustrial cooperationaimsto:
1.Produceworkers who haveprofessional expertise
(with the level ofknowledge, skillandwork ethicin accordancewith
the guidance ofemployment)
2.Strengthening thelink and matchbetween theschooland theworld of work

avery rewarding activityformale and female students,

accordanceexpertise of eachstudent. So thatstudents canseean
overview ofthe field of businessdetailing activitiesin the future, as
well as thestudentsknow the standardsof competencewhichwillbe
used asworkingand employmentopportunities.
In thebusiness worldit takesa prettygooddiscipline,
agenciesusuallyrequireemployeesdisciplined, skilled,
diligentandintelligent.
