Intercede with Us for the Muslim World!

I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me; I was found by those who did not seek me (Is. 65:1).
Muslims take dreams very seriously. Numerous Web sites even help them interpret what they have dreamt. Interestingly,
many who are now Christians began their walk with Jesus because of a dream or vision in which He appeared to them. Let's
pray this week that God in His mercy would reveal himself to more and lead them to those who can explain the Way.

Today's Prayer Requests: From Students, Alumni, and Missionaries

NIGER: A WAAST alumnus of Tuareg origin now works to reach young people. He shares the following requests:
Pray for true transformation among the Tuaregs, and for a revival brought on by an outpouring of the Holy
Spirit.
Pray that the Lord will give us co-workers for the ministry to the youth.
Pray for the youth, that they would commit themselves to the Word of God.
WAAST: Master's courses are now in session on the WAAST campus. One very important course is Specialized
Studies in Islam. Please pray that the students who will be taking this course over the next two weeks will gain more
insight into the mindsets and beliefs of the Muslims around them and a greater burden to reach them.

In the News
This past week Naghmeh Abedini, wife of Pastor Saeed Abedini, held in an Iranian prison for his faith, spoke to the
German and European Parliaments and to the U.S. Congress on behalf of her husband. Please continue to pray for
strength for her and their 2 young children. Pray for her and her husband's witness in their respective places. Naghmeh
faithfully shares before these and other authorities about her hope in Jesus. Pray that this message will penetrate their
hearts and lead them to salvation. Pray also for favor, for Pastor Saeed's release.

From Global Initiative*

Please intercede for the 3 million Tuaregs, a Muslim unreached people group spread among eight African countries.
These people, inhabiting land from the western Sahara to Sudan, are semi-nomadic, herding camels and other
livestock and sometimes settling to plant crops. In practice, they mix their Islamic beliefs with sorcery in an effort to
control the spirits. The New Testament and Christian audio recordings are available in their Tamasheq language.
Pray for open doors for the few Tuareg believers to share about Jesus, and that Tuaregs will see him in dreams and
visions. Pray for WAAST graduates who have contact with Tuareg people, that they may have opportunities to help
them find the Lord and grow in faith.

For Muslim Women**

Pray that Jesus will miraculously reveal himself to female Muslim seekers in Saudi Arabia. Women in Saudi Arabia
are highly restricted in their movements outside the home (a male escort must be with them), dress, and, of course,
freedom to visit churches, own a Bible, or question their beliefs. But the Holy Spirit can penetrate the hearts of those
who want to know God, lead them to the Truth, and provide the resources they need to grow as believers.
