large property losses primarily from hurricane Wilma, representing the Property owners interests against the
insurance companies. I am responsible for securing all of my own business as a 1099 subcontractor.

May ’05 to Dec. ‘05 - AUTHENTIC PUBLISHING LLC. Deerfield Beach FL. Owner of direct mail
franchise. The Book Of Good Deals & The Real Estate Mailer were full color direct mail advertising
magazines mailed into private homes.

General Manager. Responsible for new business as well as overseeing new product production of pre-
assembled, harsh-environment high-performance wiring harnesses.

service modular systems office furniture refurbishing business. Included working a man-power team
subcontracted to local dealers for their installations

 Nihill & Ingram Sales Training – Toronto, Canada. An intensive 4-week program in the Xerox sales
philosophy as well as psychological studies in counselor selling, relevant probing, and negotiation
skills.
