Executive Summary:
The aim of this research was to find out the behavior of the employees working in any
organization.
This project was given by Mr. Salman Abbasi the Academic Manager/Professor of Iqra
University.
In this regard we choose Imam Clinic located at Five Star North Nazimabad Karachi.
Tool for this research/survey was a questionnaire. We took the sample size of 95
employees and spread the questionnaire among them. 43 out 95 are to be considered
as error.
Actual working sample size is 52.
Overall results concluded that employees at Imam Clinic are Satisfied working there,
Majority of employees behavior reflects the Organizational Citizenship Behavior,
Perceived Organizational Behavior is high among them, Perceived Organization
Support is high, Majority of employees are Ready to Accept Change, They believe in
conveying the new ideas which can enhance the performance of the organization.
All the results are based on the behavior of only 52 employees of Imam Clinic.

Method:
This research was conducted by a questionnaire; Total sample size was 95 from which
43 filled questionnaires were considered to be error as they were filled wrong. Results
are concluded from 52 filled questioners.

This table/graph shows that 65% of employees are satisfied working in the organization
whereas 29% of people feels dissatisfy and 6% of people are nor satisfied niehter
dissatisfied.

This table/graph shows that 77% of the people are in OCB (Organizational Citizenship
behavior) state and rest of the 23% behaves in DWB (Deviant Workplace Behavior)
state.

According to this table/graph 71% of the employees are ready to accept the change (if
occurs) whereas 19% of the employees are not ready to accept it and rest of 10%
employees are confused and they dont know that if the change occours what would
they do.

This graph shows the satisfaction and dissatisfaction level of the employees according
to the age range.
The results shows that employees in the range from 20 to 30 years of age are more
satisfied whereas employees in the range of 31 to above are less satisfied.

whereas 8 female employees are dissatisfied and one female employee has nuetral

This graph shows that the out of 20 male employees 15 male employees are satisfied
whereas 3 male employees are dissatisfied and two male employee has neutral
behavior.

Facts About Satisfaction:

1) Doctors are more satisfied than management employee


because they are earning more.
2) Employees are satisfied b/c of friendly environment and HR
is corporative.
3) Women are satisfied b/c of security and transportations are
available.
4) Advance salary system.
5) Work is important than abide.
6) All channel system followed.
7) They feel: our employees are our greatest asset.
8) In a year 35 leave for each employees in which 20 annual 15
casual and sick leaves.
9) Monetary or non- monetary benefits they provide to
employees.

Evaluation

1) Some of the employees who were under 25 years of age


showed their OCB behavior but they also have turnover
intention for growth however they are fully satisfied with the
environment while Some of them were there who showed
their OCB behavior, also satisfied and they dont showed
turnover intention.
2) Most of the female employees are satisfied because
organizations provide them transportation facilities.
3) Some old aged employees were dissatisfied while showed
DWB but didn't intend to switch their job because it will be
difficult for them to find new opportunities at this age
4) There were some old aged employees who were highly
experienced, they showed great loyalty and OCB behavior
didnt intend to switch the job.
5) Some employees showed their confused behavior they
intend to turnover, because of new environment they didnt
have courage to move on.
6) People who think highly of their organization, they expect
more form organization.
7) Less than 30 Ages of employees are more satisfied.
8) Dissatisfied employees intend to switch their jobs but some
of them were there who donot want to take the risk whether
they would get new perfect job easily or not, so they do not
dare to switch.
9) Out of 52 employees 40 showed OCB while 12 showed DWB.
Conclusion:
The overall conclusion of all the results can be described as that most of the employees
of Imam Clinic feels satisfied while working in their organization and they are ready to
accept the change if it occurs, however those employees who feel dissatisfaction
usually do not like the working enivronment but they also are ready to accept the

change, but some of the employees are nor satisfied niether they feel ready to accept
the change, infact they feel confused about the change.
