Look at the clock to see what time you go to bed or eat dinner. Read the digital clock and
the standard clock (hour). Notice the hour hand and minute hand on the standard
clock.
Review the sounds of m, b, s, t, f, a, c, and p. Play a memory game with those letters.
Post the letters on the refrigerator or wall and pretend to be a train and drive over the
letter sound.
Look for a, the, can, me, my, at, A, The, Can, At, I, Am, is, like in stories that you
read.
What does your family do for Thanksgiving? What foods do you usually prepare? Why?
Is there a favorite main dish or dessert that has to be prepared? Who if anyone cooks?
Are there games or traditions that your family does over the vacation? Play games, visit
family, talking on the phone with friends, helping others in need, football, parade,
decorating for Christmas, craft projects, skits
