: GATE PASS STICKER FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2016-2017

The School Year 2016-2017 Gate Pass Stickers will be issued starting Wednesday,
1 June 2016 at the Ticket Booth, Ground Floor, North Wing, Blue Eagle Gym. Kindly
refer to the Procedure in Applying for Gate Pass Sticker below for instructions and
requirements.
SCHEDULE OF RELEASE OF GATE PASS STICKERS

Regular Visitors and Businesses: 1 June to 30 July 2016
For Loyola Schools Faculty: 1 June to 30 September 2016
For Loyola Schools Students
Enrolled for Intersession: 6 June to 20 July 2016
Enrolled for First Semester: 8 August to 30 September 2016

TICKET BOOTH SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday: 7 am to 12 nn; 1 to 4 pm (Lunch Break: 12 nn to 1 pm)
Saturday: 8 am to 11 am

STICKER RATE
To cover the increasing cost of improving campus roads, pedestrian and vehicular
gates, maintaining car parks and road CCTV system, the cost of Gate Pass Stickers
will be adjusted starting 1 June 2016. The cost of Gate Pass Stickers will be as
follows:

PROCEDURE IN APPLYING FOR GATE PASS STICKER

1. Online application
Visit vims.ateneo.net
Fill up the Gate Pass Sticker application form and submit
Copy or print the application reference number
2. Submit the application reference number at Window 1 of the Ticket Booth,
Ground Floor, North Wing, Blue Eagle Gym
For Renewal: Submit photocopy of the LTO Official Receipt (OR) and
Certificate of Registration (CR) for validation purposes
For New vehicle: Submit photocopy of the LTO Official Receipt (OR) and
Certificate of Registration (CR) or Sales Invoice for validation purposes
3. Pay to the Cashier at Window 2 of the ticket booth
4. Present the Ateneo Official Receipt at Window 3 for the issuance of the Gate
Pass Sticker
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. Gate Pass Stickers secured after the assigned deadlines will have a P1,000
surcharge.
2. University Sticker: Families with students in different units may apply for a
University Sticker in lieu of getting multiple gate pass stickers for the various
units.
3. Those without Gate Pass Stickers will be required to:
Leave with the guard the drivers license or a valid ID with picture
Get a Visitors Pass
Surrender the Visitors Pass at the same gate where it was given and
retrieve the drivers license or ID
Old Gate Pass Stickers (SY 2015-2016) are valid only until 30 July 2016
o For Loyola Schools Students & Faculty: valid until 30 September
2016
Get your Gate Pass Sticker now and avoid the inconvenience of getting a
Visitors Pass. You will help ease the flow of traffic on campus by getting a
Gate Pass Sticker.
