M-Step Parent Reports for 4th & 5th Grade parents coming next week!
Last spring our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students took the M-Step state test. In the end of next week
we will be sending these reports home in your childs backpack. The information contained in this
letter will give you a snapshot of how your child performed on the test in his/her previous grade.
Please remember that these scores do not solely define your childs academic ability and that we
closely monitor their regular academic progress through our common assessments and report card
standards. Our staff is extremely proud of the effort and time commitment our students put forth
during those testing weeks. As a district, and as a building, our staff will use this information to
determine our curricular areas of strength and areas of focus. Please feel free to contact your
childs teacher or our school office (669-1970) if you have questions about your student's score
report.
*Here is an additional video that will help to explain the M-Step Parent Report
