Omnix Albania - Press Release

This barbarian incident happened on 10th September 2016, attacking Mr.
Fadi Mitri and his family, only leaves us with sorrow moments and sadness.
This massacre conducted by criminals, has succeeded by dissolving, Omnix
Albania shpk efforts for the last years to conclude our investment of $450
million in the touristic development at Gjiri i Lalzit.
The touristic development at Gjiri i Lalzit , planned to build 5 star hotel
, 370 rooms suites, resort spa, Atlantis aqua park, retail, leisure
entertainment zone, shopping boulevard, cafes and restaurants.
With such a grand project, Omnix Albania would have generated 1,200 job
opportunities for Albanians, by 2018, with a master vision, to position
Albania as a Number 1 touristic destination (in Adriatic Sea and Balkan).
Also, Omnix project aimed to contribute and support the growth of the
Albanian economy.
AS CONCLUSION OMNIX, CONDEMNS SUCH, CRIMINAL ACTIONS
THAT INDIGNATES EVERY ALBANIAN NATIONAL. EFFECTIVE AS OF
TODAY DECIDED TO STOP FUTRE INVESTMENTS IN ALBANIA.
Lastly, Omnix Albania takes the opportunity to thank competent authorities
who are investigating the incident. We highly appreciate their serious and
responsible engagements.
Furthermore, I am thankful to the Albanian Government and the attention
shown in this difficult period for Fadi Mitri family. We are especially grateful
to all those friends, mainly Albanian, who have supported Mr. Fadi Mitri and
his family during these days.

Ky projekt turistik konsistonte n ndrtimin e hoteli me 5 yje, 370 dhoma
suita, me t gjith elementt e tjer t nj standarti m t lart, ambiente
pr shitje dhe dhnie me qira, aquapark, dyqane, bulevard, bare, restorante,
etj.
Ky projekt gjigand synonte do t hapte rreth 1200 vende pune deri n vitin
2018, si dhe do ti japte Shqipris pamjen e nj vendi si destionacion
turistik numr 1 n Adriatik dhe balkan.
Me kt investim Omnix Albania do t kontribuonte direkt n rritjen
economike t Shqipris.
Si konkluzion Omnix Albania dnon ashpr kt ngjarje t rnd
kriminale, e cila sjell indinjat pr cdo shqiptar.
Duke filluar nga sot Omnix Albania trhiqet nga cdo investim n
Republikn e Shqipris.
