intensity, frequency, presence of aura.

CV:

Eye problem: need for opthalmic


axaminations before during after
treatment.

Hypertension,
CHF,
hypotension,
dysrrhythmias,
aggrevation of
cardiac artery
disease.
EENT:
Tinnitus, dry
mouth, blurred
vision,
biplopia,
nystagmus,
conjuctivities.

Trigeminal neuralgia: focal pain


including location, duration, intensity,
character, activity that stimulates
pain.
Renal studies: urine analysis, BUN,
urine creatinine.
Hepatic studies: ALT, AST, bilirubin.

Allergic reaction: purpura, red, raised


rash, if these occur, product should be
discontinued
Administer:
PO route: do not crush or chew ext rel
tab; extrel cap may be opened and the
beads sprinkled over food, patient
should chewable tablets, not swallow
it whole. With food, milk to decrese
GI symptoms.

Shake oral suspension before use.


Mix an equal amount of water, D5W,
0.9% nacl when giving by NG tube,
flush tube with 100ml of above
solution.

Perform/ provide:
Storage in refrigerator, power at room temp:
close tightly reassurance if communication
is difficult during recovery from
neuromuscular blockade;
EVALUATION:

activity, document on pts chart.
