NOLASCO is a native of Vigan, Ilocus Sur where he finished his

primary education at the Vigan Elementary School. For the intermediate and
secondary levels, he attended respectively the Ermita Intermediate School in Manila
and the Manila South High School. He earned his academic degrees (A.B., M.A,
Ph.D.) from the University of Califronia
