company's jurisdiction, not UiTM approval
3. Do i have to replace my internship if I take leaves? Yes, it is to fulfill the minimum requirement of
internship
4. Can I temporarily leave my internship for research
consultation purposes? - Yes, please get the permission
letter from level 16, FSK 6
5. How frequent can I meet my research/project advisor

11. What should I do if I receive more than one

internship offer? - You must choose the best and
MUST SEND A WITHDRAWAL/REJECT LETTER to
other companies
12. What happens if I do not send the withdrawal/reject
letter? - Our Faculty will be blacklisted and
disciplinary actions against the students will be taken
13. Can I terminate my internship earlier than the time
frame? No, you are not allowed to do so

internship earlier that the time frame? -

It will result in course failure, and

students must repeat

15. What is the implication if I do not

submit the CF and CRL? - You will not be

given a research advisor (Except

lead to the failure of your research

project and no CL, logbook and

permission letter

16. CAN MY INTERNSHIP START EARLIER OR LATER

THAN THE TIME FRAME? - USUALLY NO, BUT IT

potential companies without official AL? NO, please do not do it.
21. Can I attend an interview for
internship without AL - No, this will
complicate the process
22. Can I still undergo industrial training
if I still have courses to be taken? - NO,
you must complete all of the courses
before going for an internship

23. What if I am not able to secure

internship placement? - Please consult
the Coordinator of Industrial Training
immediately based on deadline
24. What am I supposed to do if sexual
harassment presents at workplace? Investigation will be carried out, police
report will be lodged, and if it is proven,
students will have to change place
immediately.

workplace, for example, the staff is not
friendly, what should I do? Be resilient and
ignore the environment, change of place is
not allowed
26. My supervisor is too strict, fierce and
mean, how to deal with it? If you are not
able to take it, please detail out the
environment in black and white, submit to
Coordinator of Industrial Training for further
action

27. What kind of action will be taken if I submit the
black and white complaint? - Normally, the Course
Coordinator, Coordinator of Industrial Training and
Research Advisor will make a call to investigate the
complaint and to some extend, a visit will be done
28. Will I be allowed to change of place after the
investigation? If the mistreatment is proven to be
present, YES, students will be allowed to change of
place, but, if things are positively clarified, change of
place is NOT allowed.

29. If I am involved in a road accident on my
way to workplace OR from workplace, who
should I contact? - Please contact the
Students Affair Department (HEP) ASAP for
treatment coverage
30. Can I demand for allowance during
internship? - NO, it is not appropriate
31. Can I resubmit another IPF? Yes, but the
subsequent IPF MUST be attached with
responded CRL and accord to deadline
32. What happens if I do not attach the CRL
when submitting the subsequent IPF? Your
IPF won't be processed

33. Does the application letter have

expired date? - Yes, it does.
34. What if hold the letter until it reaches
the expired date? - The letter will be
VOID.
35. Can I get the same application letter?
Yes, you have to fill up the IPF and the
expired application letters must be
attached
36. What happens if I do not attach the
expired application letter? Your IPF won't
be processed
