HELLO TEAM,

Summer is here and the heat is on, JUST LIKE IN STORES SOAR IS
HERE, AND THE COMPETITION IS ON.
Maybe most of you already heard what happened in our SAGADA HUDDLE. Aside
the fun and excitement, we also launched the SOAR AWARDS FOR 2016. How I wish
everybody witnessed the excitement and the WOW FACES as we announced the
prizes. We look forward that all team will really exert effort to make their store win

Please note that stores percentage of discount and waste must not exceed 10%.
For stores needing assistance in terms of low transaction counts and product display
(merchandizing), please dont hesitate to coordinate with Marketing and Operations
Depts. Example of this is Manager Sharmaine of Cindys Guagua in which due to low
TC in her store, a directive was given to her so as to achieve low % of waste without
sacrificing her merchandizing.
