Dear Sir/Madam:
Requesting for the agency of your renowned University may I present
some of the details of the S&S institute which has students seeking
admission for it.
S&S Institute owned by me, A. R. Wickramaarchchi was founded about six
years ago as S&S Enterprises. It was converted to S&S Institute in the year
2013.
The building which stands on an area of 4,000 square feet Has three
storeys, each storey being equipped with modern facilities. It is situated
facing the Kandy Colombo road in a city called Mahara quite close to
Colombo.
At present S&S is an educational institute preparing student for National,
Cambridge and Edexcel O/Level & A/Level from grade six on onwards.
The student population in each grade of our institute is about forty, while
the tutorial staff consists of 15 female teachers and 13 male teachers, all
with post graduate qualification, who have national and international
experience.
As a result of the quality education we render almost 50 students gain
admission to universities in different countries such as Australia, USA, UK,
Malaysia and India each year.
The Science stream students offer the subject Biology, Physics, Chemistry
and Psychology and students in the Mathematics offer Pure Mathematics,
Combined Mathematics, Mechanics and Statistics. The Commerce stream
students offer Accounts, Economics, Business studies and Computer
Science.
In both O/L and A/L our students achieve very good results including the
country best and the world best stat.
The performance of students in the lower grades too is excellent. Many
students gain subject prizes and class prizes at their annual prize givings.
Even this year about 50 students are sitting for Cambridge A/L
Examination. It would be a great blessing for the students who qualify in
this examination if its possible to accommodate them in your esteemed
University.
