If we reach the final it will be at around 7pm. If we dont we may be back earlier.

All matches are played at the Gordon Spratt Reserve, Parton St, Papamoa.

Parents
It would be great if any of the parents could come down and watch some of the games
and spend some time with us. If you do, please arrange your own accommodation.

Costs_______________________________________________
Basic cost is $520 per player. This will cover:

Tournament fees - $850

Transport hiring a 12-seater van ($990)

Accommodation 3 x 2-bedroom and 1 x 3-bedroom apartment at PPR ($4050)

Food - $30 per day per player

Players must organise their own breakfasts. All other meals, except the dinner on
Sunday will be organised and paid for. We will also provide milk and fruit on daily
basis.

Fundraising_________________________________________
For the third consecutive year we will run The Corporate Sponsorship Raffle which will
give every player the opportunity to earn up to $400.

Study________________________________________
As we will be missing one weeks schooling, time will be set aside to allow for study.
The students are to ask their teachers for work prior to going and, on their return, find
out what work they need to catch up on. Any work due to be handed in during
tournament week must be discussed with the respective subject teachers.
Participation in the tournament is no excuse for failing to complete or hand
in work.

What to pack___________________________________
Do not pack too much. There is limited luggage space in the vans.
Homework, study material, catch-up, and/or revision work
Pocket money for snacks, drinks, souvenirs etc.
Boots and shin pads
Band aids, tape etc.
Tracksuit pants
Playing shirts, shorts and socks - all labelled with names as it must be
laundered daily
College warm-up jacket
Enough casual clothing for the week. We can wash it but make sure it is
clothes dryer safe.

Togs for pools
Medicines
Toiletries
Towel for spa and pool
Phone charger, camera, etc.
Favourite teddy (optional)

Bedding is provided.

Note:
Playing shirts and jackets belonging to the college will be collected on departure
