Dear R.G.Hattaman,
I am strongly recommending Mrs. Lalanoon S. Borowa, Master teacher 1 for
promotion to the position of Principal 1 at Lilod Elementary School, Balindong
District 1 to vice the position of Mrs. NORAIMA P. SARIP Principal 1 who will be
promoted to Principal ll which was recently vacated by the retirement of Mrs.
CALIMA U. ARUMPAC.
Mrs. BOROWA passed the Professional Board Examination for Teacher
(PBET) and qualified professional teacher under PD. 1006.
She had been in the Department of Education for 27 years, 15 years as
Teacher 1 and 12 years as Master Teacher 1, a position next in rank to the principal.
She was designated as assistant to the school principal by Supt.Pharida
L. Sansarona for 2 years.
She had obtained very satisfactory performance rating for more than
24 years.
She is known in the barangay as hardworking, dedicated, honest and
had a good touch of the education program with fertile experience to implement the
K to 12 curriculum program
