Course: EDUC 230: The Exceptional Child
Brief Description:
I created a PowerPoint Presentation for Family and Parent Presentation
Project. I came to understand that there are a lot of resources for students who
are Exceptional Learners. Individual with Disabilities Act, Individual Education
Plan, and Response to Intervention (RTI) are some of the important things
parents that have children with exceptionalities need to know. There are a lot of
organization opened for special aid students according to their needs. The
Specific ones that I listed are NAGC, LDA, and FFCMH.
Rationale:
To document my understanding of Instructional Strategies, I have selected
to include my Family and Parent Presentation. The teacher develops and
implements projects that guide learners in analyzing the complexities of an issue
or question using perspectives from varied disciplines and cross-disciplinary
skills. The teacher helps learners use of current tools and resources to maximize
content learning in varied contexts. The teacher understands how to use digital
and interactive technologies for efficiently and effectively achieving specific
learning goals.
