PROPOSAL FOR PARTNERSHIP

XYZ & VSSUT BURLA


We at VSSUT, Burla propose the following clauses as part of our deliverables to XYZ
company, in addition to the ones we have elaborated in our brochure. The branding
is done in three phases. However, the norms defined below are completely
customizable and can be tweaked to suit to your requirements. We at Quizzania 3.0,
value the efforts made by our partners, and would be happy to make their tryst
fertile. We initiate the branding in the following manner:
1 Before Quizzania 3.0 :
a All kinds of advertisements brought forth by us, whether print, or digital,
shall carry name and logo of XYZ and will be used in our webpage, our
Facebook page, and in all the official invites sent out to other institutions.
This will help your brand gain widespread publicity, mainly colleges in the
state and other colleges participating in Quizzania 3.0.
2 During Quizzania 3.0:
a For the 200 odd students who come to Quizzania 3.0, excluding the inhouse strength of 200, provisions can be made to send promotional
SMSes, and distribution of leaflets. In addition, hoarding & banners can be
put up in strategic positions, so as would entice the audience.
3 After Quizzania 3.0:
Now comes the most important part of the branding. We at VSSUT, Burla
believe in building a long term partnership that withstands the test of time. To
ensure that the brand gets promoted even after Quizzania 3.0 is over, we
would help you tie-up with a few of the 10 clubs functioning inside the
campus, who, through their events, will help highlight your brand all around
the year.

The clauses mentioned above are only indicative of the prospects this
partnership holds, and can be readily customized depending upon your
