The Ug-value (formerly k-value) is calculated according to standard EN 673. The emissivity measurement complies with standards EN 673
(Annex A) and EN 12898.

This document is no evaluation of the risk of glass breakage due to thermal stress. For tempered glass: the risk of spontaneous breakage due to
Nickel-Sulfide is not covered by WINDOOR Xperts. The Heat Soak Test is available on request.

These sound reduction indexes correspond to glazings which are 1,23 by 1,48m according to EN ISO 140-3 and are tested in laboratory conditions.
In-situ performances may vary according to the effective glazing dimensions, frame system, noise sources etc.
The accuracy of the given indexes is not better than +/- 1dB.
 uPVC Windows Specification Sheet
1. Material
1.1 Material Characteristics
High- impact modified U-PVC material for multichambered extrusion in accordance with DIN 7748 (79) Part I* and RAL-Standard
RAL-G2 716/1*.
U= unplasticised
E= Extrusion material
D= Powder
L= Colour fastness
(light and weather stability)
082= Vicat softening point VST/ B/ 50 in, accordance with DIN ISO 306, minimum of 71C
35= Impact strength a according to ,DIN 53453, minimum of 2000 N/ mm
1.2 Colour Fastness
All profiles shall be tested for colour fastness in accordance with DIN ISO 105-A03. After exposition to a radiation of
12 GJ/ m the change of colour shall not exceed level 4 of the scale of grey of the above mentioned norm. No profile shall
exhibit stains, bubbles, cracks or other damages that affect the appearance.
2. Performance of windows - The windows shall comply to DIN 18055 or BS 6375: Part 1*.
2.1 Air Permeability
The air permeability shall be tested in accordance with BS 5368: Part 1, EN 42*. The value shall be as small as possible to
avoid energy loss for e. g. air-conditioning, maximum 1m/m/hr at an air pressure of 10 Pa. Typical value for tilt and
turn windows, casements is 0,1m/m/hr.
2.2 Watertightness
The waterthightness is tested in accordance with BS 5368: Part 2, EN 86. There shall be no leakage at a certain
wind pressure, amount of sprayed water and time. Typical classification for tilt and turn is group B and C, 300 and 600 Pa.
2.3 Wind Resistance
The wind resistance is tested in accordance with BS 5368: Part 3, EN 77. The maximum allowed deflection is 1/300 or
8mm between two edges of an insulating glass unit. Gust of wind is a repeated test (50 times) at +- 1000 Pa. For
classification C. There shall be no permanent residual deformation, damage or functional defects.

3. Thermal Insulation
The thermal insulation value is an important factor to save energy for heating and air-conditioning. The multichambered
profiles have an U-value of 1,41,8 W/m.k.

4. Sound Insulation
The double sealed window design (inside and outside weatherstripping) along with the reinforced multichambered profiles results
in excellent sound insulation. Depending on the chosen glass unit the reduction is Rw 30 dB 42 dB for e. g. noisy city centres.

Please note our binding "TERMS & CONDITIONS" concerning the offer:

1.Specifications:
1.1) The Windows & Doors are manufactured according to the specification as approved by the customer in this schedule. (see 9)
1.2) The Glass specifications are mentioned in the quotation.
1.3) The sizes mentioned in the quotation are the final fabrication sizes of the windows.
1.4) Elevation shown in the drawings are as viewed from Inside the room by default.

2.Pricing:
2.1) Prices are for White Profile Systems, unless otherwise specified.
2.2) Prices are Ex-Works.
2.3) Prices are exclusive of Freight, Insurance and H&I unless otherwise specified.
2.4) Price of Glass is included in the total value of windows.
2.5) Taxes other than mentioned, if applicable, shall be extra as per actual.
2.6) Taxes are subject to the prevailing Tax structure in India at the time of dispatch.
3.Payment:
3.1) Orders with a gross value less than or equal to INR 2,50,000/- are to be paid 100% in advance along with technically clear and
confirmed order as specified under section 9 below.
3.2) In case the gross value of the order is more than INR 2,50,000/- following payment terms are applicable:
a) 100% Material Value of the gross order value as advance payment.
b) 100% Removal Charges before start of Removal work.
c) Installation Charges after completion of site.
d) Unloading charges & Lifting charges before start of Installation work.
e) Payment should be 100% in our account before one day of start of work as mentioned in section 3.2 b,c,d.
f) In case the customer fails to make payment according to terms as under 3.2, an interest at the rate of 21% p.a. on the
outstanding shall apply.
3.3) Advance payments, if any, will be adjusted against Invoices on pro rata basis.
3.4) DUMS WINDOOR Xperts Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to demand full advance payment or full payment against previous outstanding as per
clauses 3.1 and 3.2, before further processing with the order, as the case may demand.

4.Delivery:
4.1) Minimum 3- 4 weeks from the date of confirmed order, drawings, specifications & advance payment (section 9). In case of Wood finish
(Laminated) windows the delivery the Minimum delivery period will be 10-12 weeks from the date of advance payment &
Confirmed order. If customer wants to order the raw material ( Profiles ,Hardware etc.) by Air freight, the charges for the same
will have be borne by the customer & will have to be paid along with advance payment. Delivery period in such cases will be 3-4
weeks from the date of advance payment & Confirmation.
4.2) Delivery period for special modules such as Sliding Folding, Lift & Slide, Tilt & Slide, Pivot, Bottom Hung etc. will depend upon
availability of the material & will be informed at the time of Confirmation. Tentative delivery time for such modules will be 6-8 weeks.

5.Claims on Delivery:
5.1) The Customer will
a) examine the goods within three days of taking the Delivery.
b) notify DUMS WINDOOR Xperts Pvt. Ltd. in writing within 3 working days of taking delivery of any error in damage or quantity or description.
The same will be supported by the appropriate picture/s of the goods.
5.2) If the customer fails to give notice to DUMS WINDOOR Xperts Pvt. Ltd. as stated under 5.1, the customer shall not be entitled to any claim whatsoe
6.Risk:
6.1) All risk of loss or damage of the goods in Transit shall pass to the Buyer according to Ex-Works sale by DUMS WINDOOR Xperts Pvt. Ltd.. In
view of the same, the customer is advised to take prior Insurance of goods being transported to their site.
7.Installation:
The following terms would be applicable.
a) In case the Installation is delayed due to site conditions, non-availability of Glass or any other reason on site etc., the customer
would be required to pay the applicable daily charges of the installation team. The charges will be as following:
(i) Out of Delhi site: INR 1250/- per person per day. (ii) Delhi Local: INR 450/- per person per day. Service Tax on the charges would
be extra. The charges would be payable 100% in advance before restart of the Installation work on site.
b) The customer would provide a lockable place & a security arrangement for storage of delivered material free of cost. The customer
would be wholly responsible for damage, if any, caused to windows due to improper storage place or installation delay after delivery.
c) If applicable, the place of living for Installation workers with electricity connection & portable water facility would be provided by the
customer free of charge.
d) Electricity connection, wherever Installation is carried out, shall be provided free of charge.
e) Scaffolding, if required, would be provided free of cost by the customer.
f) If windows would have to be lifted from outside, pulley / or suitable arrangement to lift the goods would be provided free of cost by the
customer.
g) Customer would take all necessary social & housing society's permission/s for window lifting activities.
h) By Default procedure windows will be fixed 20mm inside from the outer edge of the sill. For the placement of windows at other than
default position, request should be given by the customer in writing to us or our associate.
i) for the removal & Installation of windows 1-2 weeks is required as there would be massionary work.
8.Offer Validity:
8.1) This offer is valid for 15 days.
9.Order confirmation:
9.1) Please place your order along with
a) this copy of quotation duly stamped 'Good for Fabrication' and signed on every page, confirming the technocommercial details viz:
Billing details (Name/Address), Delivery Address, glass thickness, the opening direction, fittings, fabrication sizes, elevations and price.
b) Cheque of Advance payment.
9.2) The order shall be processed, only if all information under 9.1 is provided prior to the dispatch.
9.3) Changes in sizes, elevation or any other changes regarding window/door design after confirmation will not possible.
9.4) After confirmation for production from customer end, the delivery time would be applicable and valid.
