2.4 A360 to resent shop drawings for stone louvers in horizontal line for A360 03/09/2020
NEH review.
2.5 A360 issued SI 163 for approved Aluminium window option 1b by CB IN PROGRESS

2.6 ED approved Entrance planter box drawing submitted by A360. CB IN PROGRESS

2.7 A360 submitted aluminum sample material for ground floor main CB IN PROGRESS
entrance door to NEH for review and approval.

6.6 A360/CB reported due date for placing order for Aero lighting ON HOLD
quotation is 18 January 2020.
6.7 CB/AP to resubmit 14th floor glass elevation detail with the inclusion CB IN PROGRESS
of associated ceiling works.
*PMN: CB reported submission of MEP services layout to GEMAC. CB to
discuss the requirement of drop ceiling for MEP services with A360 and
ED.
6.8 A360 submitted VIP pantry cabinet shop drawing for NEH review. NEH IN PROGRESS
*PMN: NEH to review the proposals from ED on backsplash.
6.9 CB/AP submitted the sample board for all Common pantry finishes NEH IN PROGRESS
for NEH approval on Oxford river paint (PT 04a).
6.10 ED to forward reference images of Green room to CB/AP for ED IN PROGRESS
developing shop drawings.
6.11 A360 shared cost quotation received from Cebarco and Kallista UK NEH IN PROGRESS
supplier for Common pantry sink and mixer for NEH review.

7) Others
7.1 ED shall issue drawing on all approved layout by the client for shop INFO
drawing purposes in order to expedite the approvals.
7.2 All agreed for AP to proceed with mock-up base on material INFO
selection by NEH before proceeding with full procurement of the
materials.

7.9 A360 reported BWS submission for SI 100 by end April. BWS/A360 IN PROGRESS
*PMN: BWS to update on SI 100 status within two weeks.
7.10 NEH requested for all parties to adhere and to remain committed INFO
on all stipulated submission dates.
7.11 CB/AP submitted samples of laminated finishes for Ground floor NEH/ED/ IN PROGRESS
charging station. A360
*PMN: Selection of laminate kept on hold until material for Charging
station sitting area is selected.
7.12 CB/AP to update pending submission dates on 16 August 2020. CB/AP 16/08/2020
7.13 A360 submitted revised cost quotation and schedule for both Glass NEH IN PROGRESS
and timber door for NEH review.
