Weekly review meeting has been re-scheduled and it will be on

ABT & LEAD informed to have PCC with gradual slope on external -

ABT & ANPC informed the following to LEAD:- -


a. Floor drains execution at basement floor to avoid water
uplift.
b. Basement floor will be treated with waterproofing

c. PVC pipelines & chambers will be executed at external
formation for both electrical & plumbing purpose before
PCC.

HVAC HVACE
Following points have been discussed and concluded :- In progress.
a. All AHU units will be placed at Terrace level.
b. Ducts will be executed on east side & requirement of
closing them for aesthetics to be checked.
c. ABT informed HVACE not to consider AHU’s in North East
corner of any floors including Terrace.
d. HVACE informed the weight of each AHU shall be from

600 Kgs to 1000 Kgs. Architect informed that HVAC units
shall be placed on 2.4m height frame work in terrace,
since it has been planned to have an cafeteria, however
the same will be planned & confirmed after discussing with
structural consultant.
e. ANPC informed HVACE to submit the budget for the
options proposed.

Following points were discussed in site meeting on 27.07.21:- ABT has confirmed that there
a. HVACE to share duct positions details on east elevation is no requirement of
drawing, so that working space for plumbing & DG exhaust ventilators at toilets.

19. b. LEAD suggested moving ODU from staircase headroom to
the AHU platform, so that head room can be used for OHT
position.
c. To confirm on closing of ventilators at toilets, since
ventilators will collide with duct position.
