1 General introduction and distribution of the Attendance Sign in forms

The meeting began at 10:00 am a n d attendees of the meeting were given the

platform to introduce themselves making it known to the members their
designations and with which team they represented.

Review of Meeting No. 4 Minutes

i) Provision of Cover meter for MEP works

The MEP and Structural Engineer, instructed China State (Main Contractor) to
provide a Cover meter to detect steel areas before coring of all structural

members. He further advised it could be purchased from C.Woerman (GH) Ltd.

ii) Affirming of MEP works:

The MEP quotation submitted by China State has been accepted by the Client
hence instructed to carry on MEP works. The MEP consultant further instructed
that samples of MEP components to be submitted prior MEP installations.

iii) Variation in ceiling Lighting works:

Strip lighting to be used for the ceilings works to increase the illumination
on ground and first floor ceilings hence details on the instruction to given
on October 4,2018. A dimmer switch is to be added to the existing switches
per the MEP drawing layout.

iv) Floor tiling works for staircases:

The client adviced submission of staircase floor tiles samples of 300 x
300 from main contractor otherwise earlier samples submitted should be
truncated to fit as on site.

v) Conclusion:
The meeting was moved and closed at 12 pm by Mr. Albert Essamuah and
adjourned to 13/9/18.
