1.0 GENERAL
1.1 The previous Minutes of Meeting was read and confirmed as correct by all Info
parties.

2.0 AUTHORITIES MATTERS


2.1 Post Box Submission
a) Resubmission are required for revision on Tower B. Final SAA 1st
Layout to be confirmed by SIP for both Phase 1 and 2. SIP quarter
confirmed no further changes for Phase 2 mailroom 22’
layout.

2.2 Air Selangor Submission


a) TYL to submit QT3 online submission by 28/1/2022. TYL TYL 28/1/22
had submitted earthwork progress report on 14/1/2022.
Target to submit next report which to include retaining
wall percentage work done by mid February.

2.3 Bomba Active (Phase 2)


a) PESB resubmit appeal letter to Bomba Putrajaya dated PESB End Feb
17/12/2021. Pending meeting with Tn Fazwan. Target
official reply by end Feb 2022.

2.4 Bomba Sprinkler Waiver Appeal (Phase 1)


a) SAA submitted (2nd submission) waiver appeal dated SAA/SIP End Feb
15/12/21 to Bomba Putrajaya. SIP and SAA to follow up.
b)
2.5 JPIF Streetlight Submission
a) PESB submitted renewal application dated 6/1/2022. PESB PESB After
to follow up on the final endorsement and approval. CNY

3.0 CLIENT MATTERS


3.1 Monthly Tracking for RFV and Instruction
a) All consultants to update RFV and instruction issuance ALL On
based on the tabulation from SCCM, and to update the going
team during monthly CCM.

4.0 ARCHITECTURAL MATTERS


4.1 Podium façade treatment
a) SIP requested SAA to review design for carpark podium
i) Additonal anti-climb fencing for security purpose next SAA After
to Phase 1 and 2 podium carpark with new covered CNY
walkway next to Tower C ramp;
SAA to furnish anti climb demarcation for costing
purpose – after CNY.
ii) Additonal lourves panels for the carpark podium facing SAA 18/2/22
Jalan Istana (Tower A) with omission to all the HDGI
steel members.
iii) Glass railing for Phase 2- P8 level to be reviewed SAA 18/2/22
iv) Staircase STC-3 phase 2- to be revised to be glass SAA 18/2/22
canopy design and no obstruction for swimming pool
vantage point to the surroundings. SAA to raise RFV
accordingly.

4.2 Wind load Performance Compliance for Aluminium Glazing Works


a) SAA has specified in Tender Questionairre for SunCon to SunCon After
proceed with Performance Lab Test for the technical CNY
compliance of 1.3kpa with 1.5 safety factor.
b) In the technical discussion with Hitti (SunCon ‘s AGW Info
contractor), it was informed that 3mm thk. steel stifferner
is required for compliance of 1.3kpa.

4.3 Privacy Screen Design for Ph1 Level P8 Common Changing Area
a) SIP confirmed to omit the screen louvres. JRD to propose JRD After
on the revised landscape feature ie. increase shrubs CNY
height and add small trees.

4.4 Natural ventilation for MPH


a) SAA to review on the overall height in relation with the omission SAA 17/2/22
of top hung window. To allow 40% opening and height to be
maintained at 2700mm.

4.5 Bird nest railing


a) SIP confirmed to omit the provision of MS railing from JRD 10/2/22
MBW package and parked under JRD which will use the
expanded metal mesh railing. JRD to furnish the revised
railing detail.

4.6 Balcony kerb height


a) SIP suggested to revise the current 100mm balcony kerb SAA 10/2/22
height to 75mm. SAA to revert.

4.7 Tiles setting out at bathroom ramp side


a) SIP confirmed that for the bathroom ramp tile to follow Info
the wet shower area tile code (follow show units).

4.8 Typical corridor ceiling


a) SIP highlighted that some piping is running exposed to SAA/ 18/2/22
units across the foyer (without ceiling) at Type D. SAA to BAL
check on the ceiling provision. BAL to check on the cost
estimation if use full ceiling /bulkhead.

5.0 C&S MATTERS


5.1 Phase 1& 2_Review for Columns Provision at Roof Level
a) TYL to issue detail drawing on the demarcation of the TYL 18/2/22
potential column to be omitted for SAA’s onward RFV
issuance.
b) TYL to further study on phase 2 : after CNY TYL 18/2/22

5.2 Type C Shearwall thickness


a) SIP to review on the wall thickness from 150mm to SIP After
175mm next to 3 panels sliding door related to mullion CNY
strengthening for AGW mullion;
-SunCon to arrange separate discussion with Hitti (AGW
sub- contractor) after CNY.

6.0 M&E MATTERS


6.1 Phase 1 & 2 Light Fittings Tender and Award
a) JRD to produce lighting simulation for Phase 1 & Phase 2 JRD 13/2/22

b) SF to revert comment for phase 1 & phase 2 (light


fittings)
- Phase 2 : by 14/2/2022 SF 14/2/22
- Phase 1 (together with Phase 2 P8 facilities and Roof SF 31/1/22
facilities) : partially by 31/1/2022

c) 31 Mar 2022- to be signed off from SIP and PDD. SIP/PDD 31/3/22

d) Phase 1 & 2 ID area – SF to forward all confirmed lighting SF 13/2/22


selection by 13/2/22 for PESB’s review on lux level
compliance to SIP’s standards. PESB highlighted that SF
need to advise on the ambience level.

6.2 Phase 1 & 2 Lift Shop Drawing Review


a) PESB to follow up with Suncon on the revised lift shop PESB After
drawing submission. CNY

b) SF to comment on the Lift Car finishes allowance and SF 4/2/22


accessories. SF to review on the wall finishes gap allowed
and also the design loading for the finishes.

7.0 LANDSCAPE MATTERS


7.1 Phase 1 Planter Detailing
a) JRD had reverted on the typical lighting detailing for all Info
benches in the email 26/1/2022.

b) JRD to review the landscape lighting provision next to the JRD 18/2/22
karaoke room together with the overall lighting simulation

8.0 INTERIOR DESIGN MATTERS


8.1 SF to raise RFV on the Phase 1 Ground Floor main lobby water SF 14/2/22
feature.

8.2 SF to revert on the PDD’s comment for Phase 2 drop off ceiling SF 14/2/22
extension at Tower C main lobby area.

9.0 QS MATTERS
9.1 Binded Contract Drawing Circulation
a) BAL had circulated to all parties. Info

10.0 NEXT MEETING
