Time: 3:00 PM
Venue: G.M Rizwan Sb Room.

A) Fin fan Cooler (ISPD-057)

a) Extension to be taken by PMT from Client over COVID 19.


b) Material offered to production for fabrication, detail to be shared by PMT to ‘Rizwan Sb.
c) Per week late delivery charges 0.5 % to be imposed, For 4 weeks 2 % to be forced.
d) PMT to discuss LD charges with client.
e) For the vibration and sound test of fin fan cooler Fan, quotation has been taken by QA/QC
dept.
f) Galvanization of fin fan Cooler structure will be finished on 20 -October -20.
g) PWHT of header will be done on 23-October-20.
h) Headers nozzle UT will be done on 16-10-20.
i) Paint activity will be performed in parallel with the other works.
j) Final test /trial will be conducted on 25-Nov-20.
k) Dispatch date of fan fin coolers are 30-Nov-20.

B) Air receiver Vessel (ISPD-065)

a) Dispatch date of air receiver vessel has been finalized on 15-Nov-2020.

C) Knock out Drum vessel (ISPD-063)

a) All Material to be provided to ISPL on 25-oct-20, committed by Procurement dept.


b) 30-sep date was planned but MTC of pressure part not received yet.
c) PMI was the contractual binding in this project.
d) Procurement is facing Difficulty in sourcing of 10 inch, 1.5 meter pipe.
D) Expansion Vessel & Drain Vessel (ISPD-061)
a) AI has given an approval over design, IFC drawings will be issued on 15-10-20.
b) All material including Nozzles, flanges and fittings to be procured till 16-Nov-20, if in case
material could not delivered on time to ISPL premises due to any reason. The person has to
resign from his job position.

E) U tube bundle (ISPD-064)

a) Tubes were ordered on 1- Oct-20, final material delivery date to ISPL will confirm by
procurement department.
b) Marketing will take the orders on 10 % LD charges.

F) PRP and Solvent building (ISPD-062)

a) Column drawings to be released on 15-10-20.


b) Floor drawings will be released after incorporating the client comments.
c) Why solvent building was outsourced instead of PRP Building?
Solvent building was comparatively bigger than PRP building. A lot of man-hours were
required to execute the design work. PED design already consumed man-hours on PRP
building due to 3D modelling on X steel software that is the reason Solvent building detail
design work was outsourced.
