Skills & Abilities

MANAGEMENT
I have a 79 Ford F-150 that is a restoration build and I had to manage the spending and
time I put into the project. I had to manage time in the wash bay washing implements
at Plains Equipment Group.

HANDS ON
Anything that I can work with that deals with a hands on like welding, working on cars,
or constructing a house I can adapt to it and be able to do that job.

COMMUNICATION
I communicate with people all the time best example I have is when people bring a
vehicle in I talk with them to figure what it is doing and what it would take to fix the
vehicle and get them back on the road, while trying to keep it affordable and keeping
the costumer happy.

LEADERSHIP
I was always told that I had a leadership aspect to me for the way I had ideas and tried
to explaining how to go through it, but never had the opportunity to show it.

Worked in shop and going out on service calls helping co-workers rebuild equipment.

Went to the expo and saw lots of people and learned a lot about the agricultural

Picked tassels in test fields, rouged, and worked on a ghost crew of a small selected
group of people.
