Roles and Responsibilities of a Teacher
Roles and responsibilities What you observed
1. As a mother role I observed that the teacher if
students had a break time
for eating she give them and
open for them a sandwich,
juice and something like a
snack. And she didn't punish
them, but she loves them
like a mother.
2. As a mentor It's natural role taken on by
teachers, I saw her when I
was setting with students
and teacher she advice them
for a homework, health, and
to don't shouting in the class
while she teaching.
3. Creating Classroom
Teachers also play an
Environment
important role in the classroom
when it comes to the
environment I observed that
she checked first if the class
was cleaned or not if not she
cleaned Before students get to
the classroom. I also noted the
teacher needs lesson plans. She
used it for every lesson for
instruction to ensure all
learning objectives.
Interpretations/comments
Its a teacher responsibility to
be a mother because they are
a KG students and she should
care them all the time also
during the class.
include helping her students
negotiate the district, school,
classroom and include
acclimating her colleague to
the community.
Teachers are responsible for
the social behavior in their
classrooms. This behavior is
primarily a reflection of the
teachers actions and the
environment she sets. and
the lesson plans also help the
teacher stay organized while
teaching.
