Project Title: Wood T.V. Stand

A. Project Abstract: This topic is interesting to me because I like to work with my hands and be able to say I made that. My project will be a T.V. stand with
shelves and cabinets. I will be doing most of my project in my carpentry class with the help of my mentor Mr. Wanner. The finished product is for the T.V. in the
game room at my house. I chose this because my mom is always complaining about the one we have because it is ugly. To complete the product I will use the
help of the construction teacher, tools and carpentry materials.

D. Project Justification: This project will help me stretch myself by demanding that i become more knowledgeable in carpentry, as well as challenging
me to keep to my schedule and not procrastinate which is a weakness of mine. By the end of this project i would like to have gained experience and
knowledge in the world of carpentry so that in my adult life i will be able to accomplish things in the same field of work. I have been in carpentry for all
four years now and have learned a good bit about it but i believe this project will help me to learn even more and push me to grow.

E. Product Justification: For my project i will be building a T.V. stand for the game room in my house. This product will be beyond any of the other products i have
made in the past. It will test my ability to be accurate with my cuts and neat with the sanding and putting the finishing touches on it. The reason i chose this project is to
benefit my skills and to make my mom happy by having a nice looking T.V. stand.

G. Academic Integrity: Integrity is important to me in this project because it will help me understand how much I know and what i can do to further my
skills in carpentry. Without integrity i would be cheating myself out of valuable experience needed to grow in the career i wish to pursue. I will include
pictures and videos of me doing the work to prove that it was me and have integrity.
