MONTESSORI PROFESSIONAL COLLEGE

COLLEGE OF COMPUTER
MUNOZ BRANCH

JUNE 07,2017
REYNALD PAUL M. IMJADA
DURATION: FEBRUARY 01 TO JUNE 04
BY: JUDY ANN SAN DIEGO

I am Judy Ann San Diego, an IT student of Montessori Professional College located at the 10th floor of
Lemon Square Building, Munoz, Quezon City. The school requires that we undertake an On-The-Job-
Training for 300 hours.

Korea-Philippines IT Training Center accepted my application for the said training. It is located at Quezon
City Polytechnic University, 673 Quirino Highway, Novaliches, Quezon City. I started on February 1, 2017
and finished the required number of hours on June 4, 2017.

Ms. Grace was the head of the IT and accommodated me and 2 of my classmates. After a few days, we
were endorsed to Ms. Josephine and Mr. Gary Lopena. I did administrative work related to IT. I was
assigned to encode all the names and related information of the trainees, monitor their activities and
address their requests. I also handled the issuance of gate passes for all the request for the use of
equipments, laptop, projectors, gadgets, camera, computer accessories and other supplies. I did the
encoding of the current, incoming and outgoing inventories of the computers and its available parts and
accessories, supplies like printer ink, bond papers, etc. I was also involved in the making of the powerpoint
presentation for the animation fair on virtual reality held in QCX MUSEUM Circle on February 23 to 25,
2017. I was also included in a technical group of three persons. We updated all the computers, i.e. the
server, Microsoft office and other applications needed to maximize the use of these computers.

For the clerical duties, I learned how to arrange files, answer phone calls, and address the needs and
requests of the employees and trainees. I also encoded the names of the new applicants for the On-The-
Job-Training. I learned, though it may sound simple, to use the printer, scanners, Xerox machines and
other related equipments for the first time.

With the training experience, I am grateful to KorPhil and the persons who handled us. I learned many
things on hand related to my course. I learned how to deal with people which hopefully will open my
horizon. Thank you for the generosity of all the people involved in Korea-Philippines IT Training Center. I
know that this will give me the opportunity that I need in looking for a job.
